New patients
Your child's first visit, step by step
A first visit is short, and you stay beside your child.
Step 1: Request a visit
Use the form or call. Tell us your child's age, a good day, and how you'd like us to reply.
Step 2: We check your plan
If your child has dental insurance, we look up the plan and tell you what it says it covers before you come in.
Step 3: Fill in the forms
Health history and consent forms live in our own secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are there if you prefer them.
Step 4: Meet the room
Your child looks at the chair, the light and the tools, and we say what each one does.
Step 5: The exam, then a plan
Your dentist counts and checks teeth, takes X-rays only if they decide your child needs them, and puts any plan and estimate in writing.
Fill in the new-patient forms
Complete your child's health history before you arrive. The forms open in our own secure portal.

What should we bring?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of any medicines your child takes. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your old office to send them.
Do I put my child's medical details on this website?
No. The contact form asks for none. Health history goes on the forms in our secure portal.
Can you get my child's records from our old dentist?
Yes. Give us the old practice's contact details and, with your written permission, we will ask for the records before the first visit.
Ready to book a first visit?
Tell us your child's age and a good time. We'll take it from there.
